Digital Marketing Specialist


 

Responsibilities

  • Develop weekly/monthly performance dashboards to track Group Marketing KPIs.
  • An understanding of how to format different types of content to convey the target message and how to adjust tone based on audience.
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
  • Effectively manage day to day marketing operations to create an efficient workflow environment.
  • Brainstorming and Planning of future Content through creative thinking.
  • Collaborating with (including assisting) the team and other departments within the company to plan and execute internal and external projects.
  • Develop timely, accurate and engaging content and leverage it through the appropriate media and platform.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer with a degree in Marketing/ Management or a professional qualification in CIM/SLIM
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
  • Experience working with Facebook, Instagram and Tok-tok to run campaigns.
  • Proven work experience with MailChimp, Facebook Pixel, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Google Tag Manager marketing tools.
  • Willingness to learn, try new things, live outside of normal “comfort zone”
