Responsibilities
- Develop weekly/monthly performance dashboards to track Group Marketing KPIs.
- An understanding of how to format different types of content to convey the target message and how to adjust tone based on audience.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
- Effectively manage day to day marketing operations to create an efficient workflow environment.
- Brainstorming and Planning of future Content through creative thinking.
- Collaborating with (including assisting) the team and other departments within the company to plan and execute internal and external projects.
- Develop timely, accurate and engaging content and leverage it through the appropriate media and platform.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer with a degree in Marketing/ Management or a professional qualification in CIM/SLIM
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
- Experience working with Facebook, Instagram and Tok-tok to run campaigns.
- Proven work experience with MailChimp, Facebook Pixel, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Google Tag Manager marketing tools.
- Willingness to learn, try new things, live outside of normal “comfort zone”
