Key Roles and Responsibilities:
· Engage with relevant stakeholders to gather requirements using suitable techniques
· Drive discussions with the product team on customer problems and brainstorm solutions
· Document the requirements in detail in the form of product requirement documents
· User stories
· Technical documentation
- Collaborate with the development and QA team on new feature development, tracking bugs and fixes, scheduling rollouts and deployments
- Validate bugs, analyze the impact, and prioritize bugs accordingly
- Conduct user acceptance testing for new features
- Participate in and support the following product development processes
· Product backlog refinement
· Bug backlog refinement
· Sprint planning
· Release planning
· Participate in customer onboarding and customer support
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
· Must have at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or Business Management
· 2+ years of work experience in a technology field (either as a Business Analyst, Software Developer, or Quality Assurance engineer)
· Experience and exposure to Agile (Scrum) will be an added advantage
· Good understanding of databases and system integrations
· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
· Excellent command of the English language
· Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills and technologies
· Ability to work with offshore stakeholders in the US, Europe, and Asia
· Excellent project management, communication, and time management skills
