Senior Call Center Executive / Team Leader

  • Previous experience in working at Call Centre for more than 05 Years with minimum 02 years in a similar role
  • Possess experience in Hospitality Industry would be an added advantage
  • Willing to work on weekends
  • Good communication skills in English & Sinhala
  • Very good Team Player with positive attitude
  • Strong customer service oriented and go getter to achieve target with the full operational team
  • Thorough IT knowledge is a MUST


Call Center Executive

  • Good communication skills in English & Sinhala or English & Tamil
  • Very good Team Player with positive attitude
  • Female candidate below 26 years of age are preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer handling role
  • Strong customer service oriented and ability to provide superior customer service over the phone
  • Basic IT knowledge is a MUST

Customer Relations Executive

  • Should be fluent in both written & spoken English
  • Handle all client inquiries and company data base inquiries
  • Respond and communicate fast with all inquiries
  • Basic IT knowledge is a MUST
