Entry Qualification
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination with 2 passes for Language and Mathematics, not exceeding in 2 times And
- Two-year experience in the relevant field will be an added qualification
- The candidates who meet eligibility requirements and who are successful at the interview will be selected to the program.
HOW TO APPLY
Application form can be downloaded from the Faculty website www.fim.cmb.ac.lk. Complete application forms along with certified copies of National Identity card, Birth certificate relevent educational & professional qualification certificates and payment slip should be scanned and emailed via (head.dgvsv@fim.cmb.ac.lk) and also send through the registered post to reach the Senior Assisant Registrar, Faculty of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo, Rajagiriya on or before 30th of May 2023. Please mention the course name as "Certificate Course in Massage Therapy" at the left upper comer of the envelope.
Application fee of Rs 3000/= can be made by using the code 078-1001-22268432 to any People's Bank Branch.
