- Candidates can submit properly filled online application with scanned copies of relevant documents on or before 31st January 2023 to the Uva Wellassa University website.
- Application fee of Rs. 2,000 can be paid directly to the Shroff counter of Uva Wellassa University or deposit to the account number of Bank of Ceylon – Super Grade, Badulla branch 86977531 and upload the scanned copy of payment slip together with the application.
