STEP 1
Before filling out this application, make sure you have the scanned copies of the following documents to be uploaded during the application process.
- Scanned copy of the application fee payment slip (bank slip)
- Scanned copies of Relevant Educational Certificates (A/L, NVQ4, etc.)
- Passport size photograph
STEP 2
Generate your application form by providing necessary details and uploading the documents mentioned in STEP 1 to the System.
STEP 3
At the end of the process you can download your application as a pdf file for your reference. This confirms that you have successfully submitted the application form.
