OFFICER – BUSINESS PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING

The Job .
Collect, analyze and visualize data from branches and departments related to business process re-engineering
projects and support in problem solving, solution development and MI. – Support Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trainees in process improvement project
implementation and certification.

Lead business process re-engineering projects and apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to review and improve department and branch processes. Ensure that ongoing business process re-engineering projects are managed within the project scope, cost and time.

Quantify, measure and report annualized benefits created by business process re-engineering projects, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects. Take proactive action to identify income leakages and new revenue generation opportunities. Maintain a healthy working relationship between project stakeholders

The Person
Minimum 5 years of working experience of which 3 years in Banking/Financial industry. · Proficient in advance excel. Exposure in SQL and use of programming languages (Python and R) is preferred. Exposure in project management and change management is preferred.

Qualification in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt will be is an added advantage, Problem Solving, Communication skills and Presentation skills
